Orders
Our standard payment terms necessitate payment within 7 days. Moreover, VAT will be added to all sales within the UK.
Payments must be completed within the 7-day timeframe, unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon. Our cancellation policy permits cancellations within a 7-day period.
Cancellation requests received after two (2) business days may result in charges. If no work has been carried out on our part, a 50% cancellation fee will be imposed.
If a specific ordered product is unavailable at the time of production following payment, we will provide an alternative option at our expense, as close to the original product as possible.
